Vendors and Advertisers

We would love for your company to be represented in our Association.

The Vendor Fee is $250 annually. This cost is for the table space in which to display your materials, give-away's, etc. If you are sending a representative to a conference, then the Conference Fee is $75, and a lunch fee of $25, per person, per conference attended. You are not required to have a representative at the conference. You may send the give-away items to Becky Magnuson, and they will be put on display for you in your space at no additional cost.

Please notify Becky @ ablebbs@aol.com, in advance, as to whether you will be in need of table space, or not.

Advertisement on WSBAA.com is $300 annually. There would be a link from the Home page that would say "Sponsors". Due to the space constraints of the site, certain options and graphics are limited, and 100% subject to Board approval. Please email Becky @ ablebbs@aol.com with details of the requested add, and with any questions or concerns.

We offer a package that would be $500 annually. That cost includes the Vendor Fee and the web site advertisement for one year.

We have two conferences a year, one in the Spring, and one in the Fall. You would be emailed the itinerary, and meeting agenda, before each of the meetings during your sponsoring year.
